We have had dance, gymnastics, archery, lacrosse, and family pick-up games. We will update this page and our Facebook page if we get instructors for these programs.
Johnson Recreation
Johnson Recreation serves to provide a healthy, active environment for the community of Johnson. We run youth teams for district/league sports, intramural and wellness sports and activities, and coordinate and sponsor special events. We’re also committed to providing equipment, land use, and coordination of facility use for recreational events.
Our goal is to continuously provide recreational opportunities for the community. The Recreation Committee meets the third Thursday of every month, from 6-7, in the Johnson Recreation Storage Facility (unless otherwise noted). Do you have time to help or ideas to share? Come and join us! We’re always looking for new members, volunteers, and community member involvement!

About Old Mill Park
The Old Mill Park is a 20 acre park with beautiful mountain views. The park features soccer fields, baseball fields, swing sets, and a path navigating the perimeter of the park. The park is a spectacular spot for a picnic, a walk or play. It is adjacent to Lamoille Valley Rail Trail.
New Playground installed! warm weather will arrive soon enough and we look forward to the new play structures being full of adventurous youth. We will be planning a dedication and official opening ceremony for Lea's Playground as the warm weather arrives.
